Definitely that’s what I liked the most about the plan is being able to eat normally and not on some crash low cal diet that never works it’s refreshing.

 

What went well is pretty much sticking to something for 8 weeks I usually don’t! Losing some weight is great too!

This plan has not only allowed me to eat such tasty meals and snacks, but made me aware of how many carbs I was restricting.

Now I never feel like I need to treat myself, as every meal and snack tastes like a treat.

Throughout the plan and when I became able to train harder, Rach increased my calories a few times (which I was always happy about, as I LOVE food 😋).

I'm very happy with the extra food and loosing a little again.
